Yes. Owner's engineer mandates — particularly for desalination plants and major water infrastructure — are a core part of our service offering and a strategic priority for the firm. We deliver independent, client-side engineering through commissioning and handover.
No — and intentionally so. WPEC operates as a purely client-side engineering consultancy with no contractor affiliations. We do not take EPC contracts, equipment commissions or supplier rebates, ensuring every recommendation is objective.
