Design Basis
Establishment of a comprehensive process design basis — feedstocks, product specifications, utility parameters and applicable codes — before any detailed engineering begins.
Process Simulation
Rigorous steady-state and dynamic process simulation to validate mass balance, equipment sizing and control system performance.
Safety Studies
Structured HAZOP sessions, consequence modelling and QRA to identify hazards and demonstrate that risk is as low as reasonably practicable.
Detailed Design
