Overview

The opportunity.

Complex infrastructure projects rarely sit within a single engineering discipline. Water treatment plants require civil, mechanical, electrical and process engineering. Gigaproject utilities demand roads, drainage, power and environmental inputs delivered simultaneously and in coordination. Doing this across multiple independent consultants creates interfaces, delays and risk.

WPEC is structured to eliminate that problem. Our multi-discipline capability allows us to deliver integrated engineering design, technical studies and project management across all relevant disciplines under a single independent consultancy — with coordinated deliverables, unified QA and a single point of accountability to our clients.

How we deliver

Our methodology.

Delivery
framework
01

Scope Definition

Establish a comprehensive multi-discipline scope matrix — identifying all engineering interfaces, deliverable dependencies and authority approval requirements before mobilisation.

02

Team Assembly

Mobilise the right mix of discipline specialists — civil, mechanical, electrical, process, environmental — under a single project manager with unified reporting.

03

BIM Coordination

Establish a Common Data Environment and federated BIM model to coordinate all discipline design streams, detect clashes and manage document control.

04

Integrated Design

Deliver coordinated design packages across all disciplines simultaneously, with regular cross-discipline reviews to manage interfaces and maintain programme.

05

QA / QC

Independent senior-engineer review of all deliverables before issue — covering technical correctness, compliance with standards and cross-discipline consistency.

06

Submission & Closeout

Coordinate regulatory submissions across all disciplines, manage authority responses and complete project closeout documentation to client standards.
